Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely and your payment details are never stored by Forma Athletic.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Forma Athletic reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Promotions and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days of receiving payment. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Forma Athletic is not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers or circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns Policy
We want you to love your Forma Athletic purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order subject to the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached
Items purchased during sale or with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty
Forma Athletic does not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 working days of receiving the returned item
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
To initiate a return please contact us at contact@formaathletic.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on full price items subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must meet the same conditions as outlined in our returns policy. We recommend checking our size guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
Size Guide
Our garments are designed for an athletic build and generally run true to size. We recommend referring to the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted performance feel. Forma Athletic cannot be held responsible for sizing issues where the size guide has been provided and ignored.
Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Codes are subject to expiry dates and specific terms as communicated at the time of issue. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
